My daughter plays with 3 girls down the street and they have a huge house with all sorts of exciting things to do but I don't let my daughter go in their house because then they'll want to come in MY HOUSE and my house is not cleaned by a professional like theirs, LOL, it is often a mess or I'm without proper clothing (in my PJ's) so I have a rule and it works great - "You can play with your friends but only outside." It keeps my daughter out in the sunshine where she should be and they have a blast. If they need to potty, they go to their own house. I will give them a drink and send it out with her but that's it. No coming in my house. I'm not starting that. I like my time at home to be peaceful.
