Somehow, I'm finding it hard to believe that the OP's grandson was being a little angel and the police didn't charge the evil teenager who supposedly viciously assaulted him.
My guess is that the 9 year old was being a punk and crossed the wrong guy. It doesn't excuse the 19 year old's actions in any way, but I don't think he was completely innocent and assaulted because the police aren't pursuing the charges.
My 11 yr old dd threw a snowball last week & it hit the roof of a car driving by...she was throwing it at her friend, but of course, he was right at the street & it hit the car passing by. Somehow, I'm finding it hard to believe that the OP's grandson was being a little angel and the police didn't charge the evil teenager who supposedly viciously assaulted him.

I don't fucking care. The pic of that kid shows only one (possible) injury. A scratch over the right brow. The rest of those "injuries" are DIRT. They don't even show the "clear finger marks" on his neck as his neck is not showing. All I can see is loads of dirt on his face arms and shirt. How is it obvious they're making more of it than there was to the situation? Any time an adult male assaults a child it's a serious problem. What does it matter whether that's dirt or bruises?
