A lot of ppl who are anywhere near a hospital like to call themselves "nurses". Aides for example. Fact that she cant spell pepcid or take care of her own hives tells me she aint no nurse I'd want near me.

I have a family friend whose family is fat. Now she's 38 and close to 400 pounds--she just accepts that it is and won't conceive of doing anything about it.
Even weight loss surgery requires a drastic lifestyle change. You can't just eat a bucket of chicken or a huge combo meal from Wendy's anymore without making yourself sick. Some people don't want to ever give that up even though they know it means staying obese.
