I'm not perfect but I can honestly say I put my cart back every time and I think people who don't are lazy. If you are able-bodied enough to get your ass into the store to walk around and shop with or without your children and their 'transition issues' then you're able enough to walk the cart to the corral. Yes, I am judgy. Don't give a fuck.
Who knew that people could be so passionate about putting back a shopping cart? When I go to Target and I see someone unload their purchases but don't put their cart back, it doesn't even register with me. I don't cuss them out, I don't even roll my eyes. I don't care that much about a shopping cart. I always push mine back to the corral (I don't have small kids) but I admit I never return mine to the store if there's no corral. Oh well.
If I see a woman with 3 kids and a bunch of groceries, it would never occur to me to think poorly of her or call her names for not returning her cart. The Peas just want something to bitch about all the time.
I have 3 kids a year apart. When they were babies and toddlers sometimes I returned the cart and sometimes I didn't. It just depended on different circumstances. If someone on a message board or some bitchy Pea sitting in her mini van in the parking lot thinks I'm lazy I don't care. I just think it's a dumb thing to judge someone about.
