In general, the pea threads that annoy me are the peas who can't do anything separate from their spouses.
Can't have their own bank account, they have to know their spouses passwords for everything(or worse, share a facebook or email account) with them.
They won't attend events, parties, friends night out etc... without their spouse. No one is allowed to have a few dollars tucked away for a cup of coffee or a surprise gift, etc....
Some peas are seriously insecure and co-dependant. No sense of individual self.
I picture some of the peas, interogating their spouses regularly, if they are 20 minutes late, or if their spouse can't account for the $12 that was in their pocket/wallet, if they ate a snack without asking first.

You need an invite to be able to advertise for others? Who knew? Normally people selling stuff PAY for advertising. But why do that when you can get a bunch of bored lonely housewives to it for you for free?
I joined Pintrest. I didn't need an invite, I just asked to join, waited a couple of days, then they sent me an email. You don't HAVE to have an invite--the peas just think they will get in faster if they do. I have about 15 pins. I don't go searching for them. I just visit my regular blogs and when I see something I like that I don't want to forget, I pin it. It's not the huge 'falling over myself to get in and I can't stop pinning' thing the peas seem to think it is.

The only people who could come completely unannounced to our driveway, would be people in our neighborhood, since everyone else would have to be admitted by the guards at the gate.
Even a neighbor would need to ring us from the gate at the foot of our driveway, so someone just dropping by unannounced wouldn't happen. But I don't always answer the access line from the guards if I am not able to visit with someone and did not have an appointment.
