Some banks will only lend to mobile home buyers when sale includes the land. With the land, at least the bank has some recourse in the event they buyer defaults on the loan. The mobile home is worth squat.

Some banks will only lend to mobile home buyers when sale includes the land. With the land, at least the bank has some recourse in the event they buyer defaults on the loan. The mobile home is worth squat.

I believe, 191, that you've taken something out of context. You might want to either clarify or reread..... IF you're referring to 188, they made NO reference to any comments Rachel has made just that fact that is allowed to vote. (Did that help? LMAO)

I agree, term limits would keep the congressmen from staying in there until they're drooling and feeble.

199...there is a difference in book smart and street smart. My BIL is a Dr, and is book brilliant. He is an excellent Dr, very good at what he does. He is also lacking in street smarts/common sense. It's quite comical to watch him try something new...he usually looks like a bumbling idiot. He is aware of it, and can laugh at himself. I can totally see him getting confused about something like that.
Seems to me you'd have to have book smarts to understand how life insurance works.
