14-1.194 Enforcement.
- (a) Operation of a food service establishment without a permit is a violation of this Subpart. The permit-issuing official or his designated representative may order any food service establishment or operation in his jurisdiction, operating without a valid permit, to close and cease all food operations immediately, and to remain closed until the establishment or operation has obtained and displays a valid permit.
- (b) For serious, repeated or persistent violations of any of the requirements of this Subpart, or for interference with the permit-issuing official or his designated representative in the performance of his duties, the permit may be revoked after notice and an opportunity for a hearing has been provided by the permit-issuing official.
- (c) The permit-issuing official may suspend a permit and order immediate cessation of operations and service of food at a food service establishment within his jurisdiction when in his opinion continued operation is an imminent hazard to public health. Any person so ordered is to comply immediately, and within 15 days is to be provided with an opportunity to be heard and to present proof that continued operation does not constitute a danger to the public health.

Squillens shipping rate of 15 dollars is correct she said she's sending them out in the Post Office's flat rate box, it cost 14.95 for that so she's making a nickel profit on the shipping not 7 bucks.
FTW the flat rate boxes aren't that big, I have 2 kids in the military and it will fit maybe 4 dozen cookies tops if they're smashed in there. So I don't think the peas are getting that many cookies for their money.

57- No links but I was forwarded a the letter by one of the photo peas who have banded together to keep Sami off their board and some private facebook group. She is highly suicidal right now, in the hospital and heavily sedated. The photo peas dont want her brand of crazy around any more the email says it is too "exhausting" to deal with her. They are writing to two peas and asking that she be permanently banned for good. They are discussing on their private group whether to put up a post on the NSBR asking people to sign a petition so two peas will take it seriously. She flipped out and was threatening people on the private group and then said she had a gun and was going to shoot herself in the head the other night. She has been making up fake ID's to spy on people on the facebook group and all sorts of weird shit. They are just tired of her. I am sure it is one of the photo peas who posted they wanted her to die out of pure frustration. She has been harassing them for months. I was shocked the latest 'version' of her stayed as long as it did having noticed her posts over the last few years. She tends to help keep the Spread Sheets up to date by telling us who she is which is a plus.
146 She deleted everything herself and changed her user name so she could not go back. She sent out a private FB message about it to everyone on 2 peas the night she did it. She did it because she was brought up on a blog again. She was not banned. She said her username is "gonedue2bloggers" or something like that. She did a random letters and numbers password so she couldn't remember it and be tempted to go back to the boards. I thought it was dumb and told her so but she wants to leave 2 peas and not be talked about on this blog. And FWIW she knows I posted here a couple of times clearing things up about her. She isn't reading here, herself she is trying to manage her stress level because she had a minor set back with her hand and feels it happened because of some stress in her personal life and doesn't want additional unnecessary stress from the internet. It sounds like to me like she is finally putting her health first. I told her about a thousand times that the stress from boards was making her physical health worse, but she always argued back about how she had to defend her reputation. I told her time and time again her reputation on 2 peas and the blogs do not matter No one believes a word anything is posted on blogs like this but she thought they did. I am glad she finally listened and I hope she heals and finds peace and leaves all of this behind her. Sami is a sweet girl who is way to sensitive to be on the internet where controversy breeds. Finding 2 peas was one of the biggest set backs to her health that could have happened. I wish her nothing but the best. I think the people that don't like her register louder in her head than the many people who do like her. I am glad she is taking her power back. It's about time.
I actually like Sami, I don't have beef with her, but over the years, seeing her post on the pod and FB, she comes across to me as someone who trhives on the attention of being ill.

Maybe this recent attitude change is a harbinger of better things for her. A long time ago I was deemed to be too dramatic to belong on the board because of problems I had with local competition. So I wasn't invited into the FB group. Yet they keep bringing up the FB group in posts and it's like throwing salt in my wounds. I don't think they even realize how mean they are. Their clique is very exclusionary and if you aren't a part of it they have no problem with letting you know that you aren't welcome and that you don't fit in.

I'd never hire a Tog board photographer. Most of them are nothing more than point and shooters with a fancy camera they barely know how to use. I'm better than most of them because I sat down, read a book on how to exposure and practiced. Most of them have never bothered to do ever that much.
