I quit colouring mine because I didn't want to put all those chemicals on my scalp every 6 weeks for the rest of my life. I decided to keep it cut in an attractive style and keep it in good condition instead of trying to pretend that I am 23 again when I am twice that old. I don't have a reaction to the colour compound, I just don't want to keep putting it on my scalp.

Some, not much. I don't paint my nails (I have occasional manicures/pedicures to keep things groomed and healthy but don't use polish). I am choosy about my facial products and bath products and select the ones that meet my particular needs in the most natural way possible, all physical sunscreen, organic where I can choose that. I also clean the house with bleach and vinegar mostly.
Then I drive my car, drink wine, eat cheeseburgers, and have a generally good time. I make choices. That's not a particularly complicated idea.
There are nail polishes out there with less chemicals. They don't last as long, but it's not like there aren't options. Also more natural coloring agents for hair. And chemical-free make-up.

I'm in my 40s and have to color every 4 weeks, it takes all of 20 minutes and costs less than $10... I eat healthy/cleanish, exercise, don't smoke, don't drink much (a glass of with dinner a few times a week), and don't even take any medication, beyond an occasional ibuprofen. I'm thinking my monthly exposure to hair color probably has less of an impact on my health than a diet rich in cake balls, cream of crap soup, and crockpot Italian chicken...

Some, not much. I don't paint my nails (I have occasional manicures/pedicures to keep things groomed and healthy but don't use polish). I am choosy about my facial products and bath products and select the ones that meet my particular needs in the most natural way possible, all physical sunscreen, organic where I can choose that. I also clean the house with bleach and vinegar mostly.
Then I drive my car, drink wine, eat cheeseburgers, and have a generally good time. I make choices. That's not a particularly complicated idea.

Same here but some fuckbucketloon thinks she needs to explain it. She also feels that no one can post a link and just say *OMG* or *WTF*, no she needs to make sure of the subject before looking because it may not be of interest to her.
