Well I don't know. My son's ex-wife left him for another man. I am not real sure I should have to take on her adulteress children as my grandchildren. If my grandchildren ask to have their half siblings come along on an afternoon to the zoo that's one thing. But to think I am going to look at these children as equal to my grandchildren is another thing all together. Nor would I expect the parents of my ex daughter in law to treat my son's eventual children by another woman as their grandchildren.

I agree but not when it comes to spending. Understanding how other people manage their money successfully is a very valuable information. I think many people could truly benefit from the lifting of silence about money matters.

I think it depends on your age and the relationships involved. If you are 22 and single it's pretty trashy but if you are 42 and have been married, divorced, widowed and such it's different. I can see it happening to the most stable woman.
I don't think she's all that old and I don't think she's been widowed.
