First of all her daughter does not read the blog thus it does not affect her.
Secondly no mom would email Squillen to inform her her daughter was being called fat, Squillen was reading the blog herself. In fact there was a post of that nature - what if suicide - on the blog in response to it and it was ignored because it was a weak argument.
Third this is all part of Squillen's way to garner sympathy and get back into the board STILL WITHOUT addressing the drama in which she ran away from.
It wasn't kid bashing. It only became kid bashing when Squillen's "friend" started yelling for it to be removed. That "friend" certainly seemed like a regular blog bitch.
It's similar the Sammi phenomenon. Someone posts "Where's Sammi been?" Then it's crickets on the subject for about a day until a "friend" of Sammi's comes in all "LEAVE SAMMI ALONE!" and proceeds to share a shitload of personal info about her that only she or a friend would know. Then she appears at the bucket with a cut and paste, some fresh outrage and garners a bunch of "welcome back I missed you" posts and a multitude of cyber-hugs.
Can we discuss the elephant in the room (pun intended)? Squillen never cleared up the facebook comments. She ran away and came back as if it never happened and starts a thread to get sympathy for herself. For all we know she wrote those comments herself to repost to the board. How odd that there are back to back comments on her, that never happens. Quite frankly there isn't that much traffic to the blog and then topics go back and forth.

It wasn't kid bashing. It only became kid bashing when Squillen's "friend" started yelling for it to be removed. That "friend" certainly seemed like a regular blog bitch.
It's similar the Sammi phenomenon.
Someone posts "Where's Sammi been?"
Then it's crickets on the subject for about a day until a "friend" of Sammi's comes in all "LEAVE SAMMI ALONE!" and proceeds to share a shitload of personal info about her that only she or a friend would know. Then she appears at the bucket with a cut and paste, some fresh outrage and garners a bunch of "welcome back I missed you" posts and a multitude of cyber-hugs.

Can we discuss the elephant in the room (pun intended)? Squillen never cleared up the facebook comments. She ran away and came back as if it never happened and starts a thread to get sympathy for herself. For all we know she wrote those comments herself to repost to the board. How odd that there are back to back comments on her, that never happens. Quite frankly there isn't that much traffic to the blog and then topics go back and forth.

ITA didn't have to post my immediate thought when I saw that pic because a blog bitch did it for me. Peabay once said just because you think it doesn't mean you should say it out loud and I try to follow that motto, even on the blog.
I did notice that in recent days there was a repeated mention of squillen on the board and how sad she was ran off the board. It was like they were warming up the board for her. Again she was not ran off the board, she put her tail between her legs and hide out.
Squillen's not really on my radar, but the double standard is irksome. When Army Mom was shilling those damn bows every other day on the NSBR, it was beyond annoying.
If she wants to sell cookies on FB, and people want to buy them, yay. But the whole pretense of just mentioning her cookies in passing at 2Peas with her followers then eagerly drumming up orders is a transparent one. If this was just a fun hobby, she wouldn't be charging an arm and a leg for one small box. In fact, she wouldn't be charging at all. It would be part of those RAK things.

Suzanne and I have been friends since I first joined 2Peas. I consider her closer than just a message board buddy. We've chatted on the phone many times and she's been nothing but a wonderful friend to me. I would certainly hope that if one of my own children witnessed a friend of theirs being harassed or bullied, they'd stand up for their friend and expose the nasty behavior of the harasser. If my child stood back and ignored the behavior, I'd be disappointed. I'd hope you're raising your children to stand up to ignorance and hate as well.
