What I found with fibro is its catchy. I worked in a place where there were mostly women,a medical field..support staff,nurses,admin ect. Once one person was diagnosed then they all started getting it..one by one they were off on sick leave. We lost about 15 staff in a matter of a couple of months...It was crazy.I know the moral of the place sucked,and they were all depressed. Im pretty sure it was all in their heads,and if they ALL got off their fat asses and got into shape they would have felt better. They just sat around then when they had to something physical they were sore the next day....hence fibro-sore joints and muscles-pressure points.
