I've been all over the world and have never used a travel agent. Why should I when I have travel guidebooks, TripAdvisor, VRBO, numerous online forums, Google Earth, etc etc. When I want to go somewhere complicated or waaaaay off the beaten track, there's always tour groups. (Thinking about Cuba!)

I use a travel agent at the office. I typically make reservations for my people about once or twice a week. I don't want to spend the time to go on line and find a flight for them. I just tell our travel agent what time they need to arrive in a particular city and they take it from there.
They keep a list of who needs to sit in first class, who needs a vegetarian meal, who insists on a window seat, etc. They have been our travel agents for years and it makes my life easier. They also book the cars for my people.
The guys can also call them directly on the weekend if they need changes to their flights. They sure wouldn't be calling me at home on a weekend for that. Travel Agents are super handy to use when you travel for business.

In a nutshell. And if she were called upon to take care of a variety of business people in the manner that the previous post described, she'd fuck everything up within hours, and blame it all on everyone but herself.

Depending on the trip, I use a travel agent from time to time. It doesn't cost me anything, and it can be a huge time save to email the TA and ask them to do the leg work for you. I love my TA and he always gets me a deal that's at least as good as what I could have arranged on my own.
If we're doing a week at the beach, a trip to NYC, or something straight forward like that, I would rather do it on my own. The last trip I used the TA for was more than a year ago, and it was a trip to Europe over the holidays, visiting multiple countries and different arrival and departure cities. I'm sure I could have done it on my own, but he did it for me and it was a great trip.

I have been home with him since day one. He loves being with other children, so I am sure he'd enjoy a sibling. I also wouldn't mind adding to my little family. My issue is that I have a very special bond with my son, he's such a momma's boy and I'm worried that having another baby would hurt the relationship I have with him. So I just want to know what all you peas think, the pros and cons of 1 vs. 2. Any advise and/or tips would be greatly appericated.

I will admit I'm not rich. I'm currently out of a job and scared to death. I'm going to have to take money out of my 401K just to get by this year. I use a travel agent at the office. I typically make reservations for my people about once or twice a week. I don't want to spend the time to go on line and find a flight for them. I just tell our travel agent what time they need to arrive in a particular city and they take it from there.
They keep a list of who needs to sit in first class, who needs a vegetarian meal, who insists on a window seat, etc. They have been our travel agents for years and it makes my life easier. They also book the cars for my people.
The guys can also call them directly on the weekend if they need changes to their flights. They sure wouldn't be calling me at home on a weekend for that. Travel Agents are super handy to use when you travel for business.

Depending on the trip, I use a travel agent from time to time. It doesn't cost me anything, and it can be a huge time save to email the TA and ask them to do the leg work for you. I love my TA and he always gets me a deal that's at least as good as what I could have arranged on my own.
If we're doing a week at the beach, a trip to NYC, or something straight forward like that, I would rather do it on my own. The last trip I used the TA for was more than a year ago, and it was a trip to Europe over the holidays, visiting multiple countries and different arrival and departure cities. I'm sure I could have done it on my own, but he did it for me and it was a great trip.

My husband and I have been discussing having another child lately and I am finding myself so torn. We have a 2.5 year old boy now. I have been home with him since day one. He loves being with other children, so I am sure he'd enjoy a sibling. I also wouldn't mind adding to my little family. My issue is that I have a very special bond with my son, he's such a momma's boy and I'm worried that having another baby would hurt the relationship I have with him. So I just want to know what all you peas think, the pros and cons of 1 vs. 2. Any advise and/or tips would be greatly appericated.

Yes, I was asked about heavy petting from the time I was 13, until I stopped attending at 19. I was also asked about masturbation (although most bishops only asked the boys about that one). And, yes, my parents knew what kind of questions were being asked. (the interviews were yearly, unless you needed to repent of something (like sexual sin) then you met as often as the bishop felt necessary. I did not think there was anything innapropriate about it because I trusted that my parents and the other authority figures in my life knew what was best for me.
