Our current sheriff was busted for DUI except instead of taking him to jail like they do every other drunk in town, they took him to a police officer's office and spent hours plying him with food and coffee to try to help him sober up. They then called a relative of his to come get him and take him home so he could sober up, because you know, that is how they treat EVERYBODY caught DUI. ANd to make matters worse he also resisted arrest and harmed an officer in the line of duty by slamming a car door on him repeatedly. This also happened about a month ago.

Did you go in with a stomach/shitter/shitting issue? If that's what you went for then she did the right thing. You made it sound like she didn't speak at all though - if that's the case she just sounds uncaring and that's not enough to get your money back but enough to keep people from going to her.
Get your test done and see how it goes and then switch would be my advice (take it or leave it of course) :).
