Let me refresh your memory. OceanDreamer had collected a bunch of IP addresses that were basically useless information. Unfortunately, many of the Peas did not know this and thought they could be tracked by the IPs. Another Pea (Seanna) took advantage of Peas that just didn't realize how useless the IPs were and started a witch hunt. She threatened to out MeatBlog posters using the "insider" information she had. Sadly, many Peas actually outed themselves as blog posters to Seanna to avoid a public outing. It was really ugly and there have been few things that have happened here that have pissed me off more than this debacle.

There was no new evidence. That was the problem, the lack of evidence from the beginning made the case so convoluted. We tried over and over and the prosecutor's office kept trying to find a way to link it to me and couldn't. We decided to ask for a bench trial and the prosecutor said they knew they would lose so they were dismissing the charges because they could not prove the case beyond a reasonable doubt. The prosecutor is having some personal problems because of his tight relationship with our publicly shamed sheriff (who has now been fired) and he didn't need a lost case on his record going into re-election. It was politics and no matter what anybody tells you the justice system is a game. It's all about playing the cards you are dealt in the best way.
And the HUGE plus? My attorney offered me a job because he said I was smart as a whip! I can't take it, homeschooling is a full time gig for me, but it was nice to be asked.
As for MIL? I 'm just not going to worry myself with her for now. I have nothing nice to say so I should probably just keep my mouth shut.

Let me refresh your memory. OceanDreamer had collected a bunch of IP addresses that were basically useless information. Unfortunately, many of the Peas did not know this and thought they could be tracked by the IPs. Another Pea (Seanna) took advantage of Peas that just didn't realize how useless the IPs were and started a witch hunt. She threatened to out MeatBlog posters using the "insider" information she had. Sadly, many Peas actually outed themselves as blog posters to Seanna to avoid a public outing. It was really ugly and there have been few things that have happened here that have pissed me off more than this debacle.
As for the OP's question...yes, I do believe someone keeps notes on what goes on here. Maybe not a spreadsheet but definitely notes, screenshots and other goodies.

There was no new evidence. That was the problem, the lack of evidence from the beginning made the case so convoluted. We tried over and over and the prosecutor's office kept trying to find a way to link it to me and couldn't. We decided to ask for a bench trial and the prosecutor said they knew they would lose so they were dismissing the charges because they could not prove the case beyond a reasonable doubt. The prosecutor is having some personal problems because of his tight relationship with our publicly shamed sheriff (who has now been fired) and he didn't need a lost case on his record going into re-election. It was politics and no matter what anybody tells you the justice system is a game. It's all about playing the cards you are dealt in the best way.
And the HUGE plus? My attorney offered me a job because he said I was smart as a whip! I can't take it, homeschooling is a full time gig for me, but it was nice to be asked.
As for MIL? I 'm just not going to worry myself with her for now. I have nothing nice to say so I should probably just keep my mouth shut.
That kind of crazy incarnates....she'll be back. Sadly.
