I have no issues with sweets..I 100% dislike sweets..not my thing never has been really. Its the soda's..they are my weakness I do know that no matter how I change my way of eating I have to cut out ALL of my soda intake. I did cut it all out about a year ago for a few months and at first I started getting headachs and was very moody lol but it went away..im not sure if it was withdraws or what. Im not really into fried foods at all..but I do love potatos but im willing to cut out all white flour products if need be. I love vegies...and salads...I dont work out for a few reasons...one being I have nerve damage in my back..once my back starts to act up im done for awhile. However thats no reason why I cant walk ..which is why we will be getting a tredmill here soon cant wait for that! I have a job that has me on my feet for 5-8 hrs were im moving all the time so I am active on the days I work..on the days im not working I will be pushing myself to at least walk in the evenings until we get the tredmill.
I know I will also want to lower my blood pressure..I had blood pressure issues back in 08 and was on pills for it but now due to no health insurance I havent been keeping up with my BP but im sure its still not at a healthy range.
I guess what im asking or needing advice in is what plan would be right for someone like myself with the things I have listed above. Adkins? Low Carb? if Adkins is the way then what is the induction thing?
Im sorry for all the questions. Just want to make sure I do this right and I dont fail because my health depends on this. Thank you for reading and any advice and tips.

Just wanted to introduce myself and say hello. My name is Anna. I live in Pa (from Texas though) I got married a few months ago. I'll be 29 in July and been overweight most of my life I want to change for good. I dont want to fall off the wagon like I have in the past I want to change my lifestyle for the better.

I did Adkins a long time ago and wasnt on it for long, also after reading some threads on here im not sure I was even following the adkins plan correctly lol I see something about a 2 wk induction? I have no issues with sweets..I 100% dislike sweets..not my thing never has been really. Its the soda's..they are my weakness I do know that no matter how I change my way of eating I have to cut out ALL of my soda intake. I did cut it all out about a year ago for a few months and at first I started getting headachs and was very moody lol but it went away..im not sure if it was withdraws or what. Im not really into fried foods at all..but I do love potatos but im willing to cut out all white flour products if need be. I love vegies...and salads...I dont work out for a few reasons...one being I have nerve damage in my back..once my back starts to act up im done for awhile. However thats no reason why I cant walk ..which is why we will be getting a tredmill here soon cant wait for that! I have a job that has me on my feet for 5-8 hrs were im moving all the time so I am active on the days I work..on the days im not working I will be pushing myself to at least walk in the evenings until we get the tredmill.
I know I will also want to lower my blood pressure..I had blood pressure issues back in 08 and was on pills for it but now due to no health insurance I havent been keeping up with my BP but im sure its still not at a healthy range.
I guess what im asking or needing advice in is what plan would be right for someone like myself with the things I have listed above. Adkins? Low Carb? if Adkins is the way then what is the induction thing?
Im sorry for all the questions. Just want to make sure I do this right and I dont fail because my health depends on this. Thank you for reading and any advice and tips.

With that said, EVERYTHING I have read, leads me to strongly feel that the Mormon religion is NOT Christian and IS a CULT.

If not, would it really hurt to allow them to stay the year? You'd still own the place. You simply let them know their lease will only be a year, period.
While you clearly aren't legally obligated to do that for them, it would be the kind, gracious thing to do, if there is any way you can swing it.

And it really makes sense if you think about it. When you are overweight your body is not working optimally. You might have any number of medical conditions or be borderline for them. Many really overweight people are also deficient in key vitamins. Add that all together and a baby is not going to get what it needs to develop every time.
