My undergraduate university gives out two awards each year at graduation to the two most promising graduates. It's a huge deal. They are the only awards given at the main graduation ceremony and the winners' accomplishments are read to the entire auditorium of parents and graduates.
When the president of the university called me into his office to tell me that I had received one of the awards, he added that the faculty had seriously discussed whether they could just give me both of the awards that year because no one else even came close to matching my accomplishments. He also said it was the first unanimous vote by the entire faculty of the university for the award ever. I really have never felt "good enough" so those words and the faculty's confidence in me meant more than they'll ever know. ----------- This post on the nicest thing someone ever said to me just makes me sad. My undergraduate university gives out two awards each year at graduation to the two most promising graduates. It's a huge deal. They are the only awards given at the main graduation ceremony and the winners' accomplishments are read to the entire auditorium of parents and graduates.
When the president of the university called me into his office to tell me that I had received one of the awards, he added that the faculty had seriously discussed whether they could just give me both of the awards that year because no one else even came close to matching my accomplishments. He also said it was the first unanimous vote by the entire faculty of the university for the award ever. I really have never felt "good enough" so those words and the faculty's confidence in me meant more than they'll ever know.

Just doing the math and this seems a little bit strange. She 'Molly' wants this baby to come sooner rather that later. So does she want it to be born prematurely just so she can get her mitts on it!! I'm confused!
It sounds to me that Molly is heartbroken over not being able to have the 2 day old baby when the SS worker called and said she will have it. It also sounds to me like this mom who keeps having babies but doesn't want them needs to get her tubes tied.

But, the maths say 5 months after they got the baby, Mom got pregnant again (July last year) and none months on from that would be about NOW wouldn't it? Not sure where you're idea of premature comes from. I think she just wants the kid out here - and probably pregnant Mom is thinking the same.

If the mum got pregnant when the baby was five months old and she's now just over a year old that would make the mum seven months pregnant surely? My maths say that would be a prem baby.
I don't think she wants a premature baby but wants the other baby also. My guess is none of you are foster moms? None of you have ever gone through adoption?
The baby was born Feb 2010. 5 months later (July 2010) preggars again. July- April = 9 months, surely?

I have MSP as a friend on fb and yeah she says fuck a lot, so what? She was like that before FB, she's not "showing off". A lot of her friends talk the same way. Part of it is the culture, part of it is them making fun of their own culture. It's not my thing, but she doesn't do it on my page, only her own page. She posts normal, nice things on my page. Not my business, or yours what she puts on her own page. Don't like reading it? Block her completely. You won't even know she's on FB.
