In the evenings it's next to impossible and if I work out too late then I can't sleep. -sigh- It's a vicious cycle for me.

I have been trying to figure out how someone like her could even begin to adopt one baby, let alone twins. Then there's the hubby who makes a very nice income and that AmEx bill and all the stuff she is buying. It all just did not make any sense. She comes across as not highly educated or sophisticated, more like a common, everyday person.
Her only being the nanny makes to most sense - as crazy as the whole situation is!
I questioned bostonheart's authenticity back when she started posting about adopting those twins...all seemed too easy-peasy to me! That was discussed here on the blog as I recall!
And I think it's pretty clear she doesn't give a crap how hurt Yvonne might be...it's far too much fun for her to bring up the distant past for her own sadistic pleasure. If Yvonne gets hurt, it's just a casualty of war to her.

I don't get those people supporting Lauren on her thread. Sure on principle it's wrong she's attacked by so many trolls, but if you're really familiar with Lauren's post history you would just be a quite bystander and watch this go down. It's not bullying when Lauren is 50 years old and can just turn off her computer.
L'urine has a loooong track record of ramping up the vitriol then flaming out. She's been banned by 2peas and she's self-banned -- deleting her history (see #102; so clever, huh?)and staying off the board for a month or so. She always comes back.

Even if this is true (doubtful), I can still hate Lauren for saying it even if I am not Yvonne. Even if Yvonne is A-Ok with it. Wow, interesting. I feel the complete opposite. I find it hard to believe that someone would NOT be upset that a stranger wished death on their child OR ANY CHILD.
And 2peas isn't "real life" but it's part of everyone's real life. Even if you spend 15 minutes of your day on 2Peas, that's 15 minutes of your real life.
Maybe you're different, but I'd say most of the Peas post their real views, emotions, experiences, ideas, everything, on 2Peas. That is real life. Sure some people skew things a bit by being a bit bolder or nicer or pretending to be richer or smarter...but essentially it's them being them. Just because it's written instead of spoken in person doesn't make much difference.

NOT a Lauren fan. I don't think she was wishing something would happen to her baby. It's the only personal thing that JDS2 has said recently so I think Lauren was only using that to try to rile her up.
Here's my Bostonheart theory. I said it when she posted that she got the babies.
IF those babies are real, and she really adopted them, I think that contrary to what she believed, becoming a parent did not fill whatever huge void she's got in her life. They didn't magically make her happy or her world perfect.
And IF she's really spending as much money as she claims, she's manically buying things because she has now subconsciously decided that once she has bought everything a baby could possibly have, THEN she will feel all happy and fulfilled and shit.
She's got some kind of weird psychological problem that makes her fixate on one thing (having a BABY, buying EVERYTHING, who knows what will be next).
IOW, she's got issues. Big ones. And she's in complete denial. Her self awareness is in the negative range.

151 I tend to agree w/ you. I think she has an obsessive personality. First it was all about getting a baby. Now it's gathering everything she could possibly need and use to have her little family. Someone on the thread suggested this too and she denied being obsessive. But she clearly is.
I can kind of relate to her on a less crazy level. I have some of the same tendencies as her. But the difference is that I have awareness of it. Or perspective or whatever. I know I'm doing it when I do it, and at that point I can either stop myself, or if I'm in a bad mood, I might do it anyway. But at least I'm not in denial like she is.
Actually I don't even think it's denial. I think she literally doesn't "get it". She doesn't even understand what people are talking about when they are suggesting she might have an issue with x, y, or z.

OK, Reader's Digest version. Even that's going to be kinda long. Ready?
I'm not sure how much you know about TOB, which is "The Other Board" on EZboard. It was started in response to this thread about vibrators on NSBR that got kinda raunchy and which Geek ultimately pulled (thank God). There were a few incarnations before it ended up as an EZboard run by Amanda (aka Pea Overseas aka Samandra). It kept being brought up on NSBR so I finally asked to join, and Amanda approved me, I think in March or so. Part of the reason for the board's existence was so that people who were interested could talk about sex and other sorts of things, but I was very up-front about saying that I'm not comfortable sharing those kinds of details, nor about reading them on a message board, really. But there were other parts to the board, including one called (I think) The Couch. That one was kind of like an NSBR board.
I didn't really visit much for quite a while and when I did, I noticed that there seemed to be more and more posts on The Couch where people would be talking about stuff that was going on with the 2Peas NSBR board. From there, it progressed even to people going over to NSBR to stir stuff up, then coming back to The Couch to talk about it and make fun of those involved, and talk about how to stir things up even more.
Although people from the TOB board would have you believe that it was just a few threads and it wasn't that bad, I really don't think anybody who was not involved and went over and read some of the (several dozens of) threads would agree. It was....bad. Vicious. Catty. Women at their worst. At one point, somebody went hunting on the Internet and found a photo of Grinning Cat (Michelle) at a turtle farm or some such place, and a great deal of fun was made of that. You may remember a time when GC was pretty mercilessly attacked and given a hard time. Some of that was at least encouraged by things that were done on the TOB board.
And not that you were planning on asking, but no I don't remember anything being said about you. Megan (JustMegan) and Grinning Cat are two that I remember got really hammered. There were others.
I saw that this was growing worse, to the point where once in a while one of the TOBers would go and start an inflammatory thread, and then come back to TOB and gloat about it, and the TOBers would egg each other on and post back to the NSBR thread. Breastfeeding is one I remember in particular, and the thread I am thinking of was begun by Kristen98 about going to Disney and seeing a woman with her breast flopping out. Something like that. Another one was a thread about gay rights. Anyway, you get the picture.
So I was uncomfortable with it, and in speaking to Vanessa and Karen and Kelli through emails would comment that the reason a thread turned ugly was because of stuff happening on TOB. At this point, people on TOB were still making comments about TOB and how cool it was, which would prompt people to ask to join. They will tell you there was a 50-person limit, but there was no such limit. Nor any rules about who could join that were stated anywhere. Trust me; I looked all over that site. So Vanessa, Kelli and Karen decided that they might like to join, and I sent Amanda a request for them to be invited. Amanda said OK and went about doing that but apparently somebody she talked it over with had a problem with it. Fine. Nobody would say what the problem was, though, and I was embarrassed and KK and V sort of got their feelings hurt. It has been portrayed in a different light, but I was there and it happened exactly as I described above.
Meanwhile, I was growing more and more uncomfortable watching this stuff happen on the Couch on TOB. Even though I never, ever said a word on those threads except for one, where I said that I liked the person they were trashing and hope that the two parties involved were able to work things out, I felt like I was condoning it by staying on that board.
So things sort of progressed, and there was already some sniping going on on the NSBR board between TOBers and KKand V (I *think*). Finally I started a thread that asked what, exactly, the rules were about new people. I have posted the contents of that thread on NSBR before, under the thread title "The TOB No Spin Zone." You probably did not see it; it was pulled after about 3 hours or so. I did take out every single bit of identifying information that would show who was talking, though. Every bit of it. The only one identified in the thread is me.
Anyway, at the end of that thread I concluded that I needed to leave, and told them flat out that I did not agree with all the trashing that was taking place, that I thought it was going to end badly.
Probably two weeks later, the sniping got really, really bad. TOBers were lying on the NSBR board about what was going on at TOB, and that was not *so* bad, I guess, but the thing was that they were lying in a way that was hurtful to KK and V, and that really bothered me. So I would repeatedly post that they needed to tell the truth, or I was going to correct them once and for all. That led to the TOB No Spin Zone post, but prior to that it was already getting very ugly.
The TOBers are worried that I have all of the nasty threads from their board, and in the words of one of them, I "remain a threat." Obviously if the way they were depicting their board was the way it was, the presumption that I have their vicious, sniping threads couldn't really be viewed as a threat. And I do have the threads. However, (1) My system won't read them at the moment and I'm not really intent on figuring out why; and (2) There's nothing I would do with them anyway, because they are *so* cruel and *so* vicious that the people who are being talked about would be very hurt, and that would make me just as bad as the TOBers if I posted any of it just to show I'm telling the truth. Not sure if that makes sense.
So you may have seen the TOBers over the last six weeks or so accuse me and others of bringing stuff up that they wanted to let die. In my case, at least, this is not true. I may point out that the people who are ganging up on a person are TOBers, but I have not started anything.
Most, if not all, of the attacks on Karen and Kelli (well and me) were done by TOBers. CarlaA is one of their spokespeople, and she made a new persona as Inn-We-Go and just went to town making nasty comments on threads which are now mostly pulled. She says now that she never hid her identity, but there is no way she would have made those comments under her real name, CarlaA. Some of them were really quite mean and obviously motivated by the TOB thing. One day it dawned on me that IWG was Carla, and so after I made it clear that I knew who she was, I let it drop. It was enough for me that *they* knew I was onto her, and I figured this would keep her from continuing to snipe at one of us whenever she could. Mulva, who has dogged Kelli repeatedly, is another TOBer who for whatever reason does not use her real screen name to dog Kelli. Actually the reason is that I think (am pretty sure, actually) she is Peppy Pea and has aspirations to be published. She was already published once, in the October 03 issue of CK.
So last Thursday night (not this past one but the one before), the sniping started on Karen's "Why this Pea has been so quiet" thread. A troll had posted on there, but that was pretty much under control and the thread was dying. Then Amanda (Pea Overseas) decided it would be a good idea to tell everybody that CarlaA had received nasty emails accusing her of being the troll, and to please stop sending her emails. Karen got on and said that she could take care of herself, and to please not do that on her behalf. Then I stupidly got on and said that I thought just as Karen was a big girl and could defend herself, so was Carla. I also said that I did not think it was so farfetched for someone to think that Carla was the troll on Karen's thread, since she dogged Karen often as Inn-We-Go, and was especially vicious to Grinning Cat under the name Peabody something-or-other. This was not something I suspected, but something she told everybody on TOB in one of those nasty bashing threads.
Whew. See? Even this version is leaving a ton of stuff out.
OK, so that was stupid of me and Amanda responded. Then I responded back, and Amanda responded again and all of a sudden Carla was there, posting as Inn-We-Go, accusing me of stalking her. So I said that I really did not want to participate in that, and deleted those posts from that thread.
I should mention that earlier, Pamela started talking on that thread saying, "Oh, look. The troll is talking to itself," meaning that apparently she felt that one of the people who responded to the troll (who posted under the name One Special Chick) actually *was* the troll. So I also questioned that.
Well, that was all well and good except that I (again stupidly) came back to the thread after deleting my posts that were in response to Carla and Amanda, and had a nice bantering session with all the TOBers who popped up. I think there were about 8 or 10 altogether. I handled all of them, and went to bed after asking "Are we done? Because my arms are tired."
Well, about two hours later, Tupo Girl started posting to the thread. She started making increasingly specific comments that she knew who the troll was earlier on in the thread. Kelli and a few others argued with her, and finally she came out with the fact that *I* was the troll. Not just that, but that I had manipulated everybody and was deceiving my friends (KK and V) and yada yada. It was pretty bad. So bad that people were posting on there going, "I cannot believe I am even reading this," and "I think it was pretty low of you to wait until you knew Seanna was asleep and then start this." When I went to bed, the thread was on Page 4. When I woke up, it was on page 6.
So I got really, really pissed and shot off an email to Pamela and Jeffrey, insisting that she retract her accusations and stating that I have clients who read that board. Told Jeffrey that as far as I knew, he had no legal liability in a libel situation but that I would appreciate him confirming to Pamela that I was not the person who posted as One Special Chick. Also said that I had no interest in pursuing it and that if I thought doing so would damage 2Peas that I most likely wouldn't, anyway, but that some of my clients read the NSBR board. And they do. .
So then came the emergency apologies. There were 5 or 6, and they were not apologies. I refused to acknowledge them. If you caught any of them, then you know that her cronies immediately posted after she did, calling me names and belittling me. I refused to respond to any of it. For some reason, Pamela decided that it was an emergency that she had to apologize right then, you see. It couldn't wait, and she had to apologize in a way that was worse than not apologizing at all. Well, the apologies kept getting pulled, I assume because whoever is in charge of moderating that board read them and recognized them for the bullshit sniping that they actually were. This was sometime on Friday afternoon, I think.
Finally, Pamela posted one apology thread that ended up staying. It's still there. I have not posted to it, never will.
So from Friday until Monday, I did not post a single thing. Nothing. Yet I just got trashed up one side and down the other. The first post of mine that you see is on that apology thread from Jackie. By that time, it had been discovered that I had removed all of my posts (except one) and all of my layouts from 2 peas. The only reason it was discovered was because of the incredible focus on me by TOBers. I left a quote in Latin (can't remember exactly but it was words to the effect that the people had spoken or something) and that was found, and dissected. You would have had to go to my profile to find it, though. Then Pamela decided that another statement that I left on my profile "You get Hoynes," meant that I had placed a curse on her. Oh, yes. I kid you not. It's still there in one of the threads from that weekend.
Then Pamela started BTTing the one post I left on 2 Peas. She BTTed it because I had changed my signature line to a post of hers from that night on Karen's thread: "And yes, some of my friends have done some not so nice things. But none of them has posted as a troll in over a month. In Christ--" or something very close to that. Well, this enraged them. That's when you started seeing all the Latin phrases. As a matter of fact, I'm told they have changed their board name to Ne Conjugare Nobiscum (Latin for "don't fu&* with us" . You first see that quoted on the apology thread, and it was under Julie's sig line. She is a TOBer. She would BTT it and then delete her post so that nobody knew who was doing it. Several of her cronies implied that it was me or one of my friends who was doing it, and this continued until Jackie posted and said that it could not have been me, since I had been gone all day visiting Vanessa out at Disney.
Now all of this happened completely without any input whatsoever from me over the weekend . For more than three days this went on, and on, and on. I finally posted to Jackie's thread to acknowledge her apology. Many angry demands for me to apologize and to acknowledge and accept Pamela's apology followed, and of course I'm not sorry and I don't accept her apology. Since I'm not the bad guy here and she's not sorry, respectively. There are *some* things I'm sorry about, like stupidly inviting Karen and Kelli and Vanessa to join TOB and inadvertently starting this war, and probably also that email where I threatened Pamela with legal action if she didn't retract her statement and apologize, but hey. I was pissed. *Really* pissed.
So then something must have transpired in the overnight hours to cause Pam to post that histrionic apology, to which I responded. I have no idea what that might be. I also emailed her privately. I have not heard back from her. That's where you came into the picture, posted on it about the dramatics, and wrote to me, prompting this big long story that's actually the short version.
The TOB board remains, although the trashing and sex forums are hidden unless you are given the password, but probably several weeks back, Pamela (Tupo Girl) actually posted a link to the TOB board on NSBR and invited people to come check it out. Very cryptic. Everything looks all hunky dory becaue of course, the nasty forum is hidden. So apparently the goal, I guess, was to show that I was not telling the truth about the nature of their board . Not sure on that because when Pam posted that link, I had sort of thought everything was dying down. Here is the link to it, and as far as I know, the new name (Ne Conjugare Nobiscum) still remains. I think you have to be a registered user of ezboard to access their board. There was at one time a note right out there in the public portion of the board that said they were opening it to visitors because they wanted to see who was spying on them, or words to that effect. At the bottom of the screen it shows who has been there in the last 15 minutes, unless you are an anonymous user (I think).
So that's the RD version. Imagine the long version!

I'm in a similar boat. I can't work out in the morning because LO still doesn't sleep through the night and I'm not willing to sacrifice even more sleep. In the evenings it's next to impossible and if I work out too late then I can't sleep. -sigh- It's a vicious cycle for me.

I have been trying to figure out how someone like her could even begin to adopt one baby, let alone twins. IF those babies are real, and she really adopted them, I think that contrary to what she believed, becoming a parent did not fill whatever huge void she's got in her life. They didn't magically make her happy or her world perfect.
And IF she's really spending as much money as she claims, she's manically buying things because she has now subconsciously decided that once she has bought everything a baby could possibly have, THEN she will feel all happy and fulfilled and shit.
She's got some kind of weird psychological problem that makes her fixate on one thing (having a BABY, buying EVERYTHING, who knows what will be next).
IOW, she's got issues. Big ones. And she's in complete denial. Her self awareness is in the negative range.

I can kind of relate to her on a less crazy level. I have some of the same tendencies as her. But the difference is that I have awareness of it. Or perspective or whatever. OK, Reader's Digest version. Even that's going to be kinda long. Ready?
I'm not sure how much you know about TOB, which is "The Other Board" on
EZboard. It was started in response to this thread about vibrators on
NSBR that got kinda raunchy and which Geek ultimately pulled (thank
God). There were a few incarnations before it ended up as an EZboard
run by Amanda (aka Pea Overseas aka Samandra). It kept being brought up
on NSBR so I finally asked to join, and Amanda approved me, I think in
March or so. Part of the reason for the board's existence was so that
people who were interested could talk about sex and other sorts of
things, but I was very up-front about saying that I'm not comfortable
sharing those kinds of details, nor about reading them on a message
board, really. But there were other parts to the board, including one
called (I think) The Couch. That one was kind of like an NSBR board.
I didn't really visit much for quite a while and when I did, I noticed
that there seemed to be more and more posts on The Couch where people
would be talking about stuff that was going on with the 2Peas NSBR
board. From there, it progressed even to people going over to NSBR to
stir stuff up, then coming back to The Couch to talk about it and make
fun of those involved, and talk about how to stir things up even more.
Although people from the TOB board would have you believe that it was
just a few threads and it wasn't that bad, I really don't think anybody
who was not involved and went over and read some of the (several dozens
of) threads would agree. It was....bad. Vicious. Catty. Women at
their worst. At one point, somebody went hunting on the Internet and
found a photo of Grinning Cat (Michelle) at a turtle farm or some such
place, and a great deal of fun was made of that. You may remember a
time when GC was pretty mercilessly attacked and given a hard time.
Some of that was at least encouraged by things that were done on the TOB
board.
And not that you were planning on asking, but no I don't remember
anything being said about you. Megan (JustMegan) and Grinning Cat are
two that I remember got really hammered. There were others.
I saw that this was growing worse, to the point where once in a while
one of the TOBers would go and start an inflammatory thread, and then
come back to TOB and gloat about it, and the TOBers would egg each other
on and post back to the NSBR thread. Breastfeeding is one I remember in
particular, and the thread I am thinking of was begun by Kristen98 about
going to Disney and seeing a woman with her breast flopping out.
Something like that. Another one was a thread about gay rights.
Anyway, you get the picture.
So I was uncomfortable with it, and in speaking to Vanessa and Karen and
Kelli through emails would comment that the reason a thread turned ugly
was because of stuff happening on TOB. At this point, people on TOB
were still making comments about TOB and how cool it was, which would
prompt people to ask to join. They will tell you there was a 50-person
limit, but there was no such limit. Nor any rules about who could join
that were stated anywhere. Trust me; I looked all over that site. So
Vanessa, Kelli and Karen decided that they might like to join, and I
sent Amanda a request for them to be invited. Amanda said OK and went
about doing that but apparently somebody she talked it over with had a
problem with it. Fine. Nobody would say what the problem was, though,
and I was embarrassed and KK and V sort of got their feelings hurt. It
has been portrayed in a different light, but I was there and it happened
exactly as I described above.
Meanwhile, I was growing more and more uncomfortable watching this
stuff happen on the Couch on TOB. Even though I never, ever said a word
on those threads except for one, where I said that I liked the person
they were trashing and hope that the two parties involved were able to
work things out, I felt like I was condoning it by staying on that board.
So things sort of progressed, and there was already some sniping going
on on the NSBR board between TOBers and KKand V (I *think*). Finally I
started a thread that asked what, exactly, the rules were about new
people. I have posted the contents of that thread on NSBR before, under
the thread title "The TOB No Spin Zone." You probably did not see it;
it was pulled after about 3 hours or so. I did take out every single
bit of identifying information that would show who was talking, though.
Every bit of it. The only one identified in the thread is me.
Anyway, at the end of that thread I concluded that I needed to leave,
and told them flat out that I did not agree with all the trashing that
was taking place, that I thought it was going to end badly.
Probably two weeks later, the sniping got really, really bad. TOBers
were lying on the NSBR board about what was going on at TOB, and that
was not *so* bad, I guess, but the thing was that they were lying in a
way that was hurtful to KK and V, and that really bothered me. So I
would repeatedly post that they needed to tell the truth, or I was going
to correct them once and for all. That led to the TOB No Spin Zone
post, but prior to that it was already getting very ugly.
The TOBers are worried that I have all of the nasty threads from their
board, and in the words of one of them, I "remain a threat." Obviously
if the way they were depicting their board was the way it was, the
presumption that I have their vicious, sniping threads couldn't really
be viewed as a threat. And I do have the threads. However, (1) My
system won't read them at the moment and I'm not really intent on
figuring out why; and (2) There's nothing I would do with them anyway,
because they are *so* cruel and *so* vicious that the people who are
being talked about would be very hurt, and that would make me just as
bad as the TOBers if I posted any of it just to show I'm telling the
truth. Not sure if that makes sense.
So you may have seen the TOBers over the last six weeks or so accuse me
and others of bringing stuff up that they wanted to let die. In my
case, at least, this is not true. I may point out that the people who
are ganging up on a person are TOBers, but I have not started anything.
Most, if not all, of the attacks on Karen and Kelli (well and me) were
done by TOBers. CarlaA is one of their spokespeople, and she made a new
persona as Inn-We-Go and just went to town making nasty comments on
threads which are now mostly pulled. She says now that she never hid
her identity, but there is no way she would have made those comments
under her real name, CarlaA. Some of them were really quite mean and
obviously motivated by the TOB thing. One day it dawned on me that IWG
was Carla, and so after I made it clear that I knew who she was, I let
it drop. It was enough for me that *they* knew I was onto her, and I
figured this would keep her from continuing to snipe at one of us
whenever she could. Mulva, who has dogged Kelli repeatedly, is another
TOBer who for whatever reason does not use her real screen name to dog
Kelli. Actually the reason is that I think (am pretty sure, actually)
she is Peppy Pea and has aspirations to be published. She was already
published once, in the October 03 issue of CK.
So last Thursday night (not this past one but the one before), the
sniping started on Karen's "Why this Pea has been so quiet" thread. A
troll had posted on there, but that was pretty much under control and
the thread was dying. Then Amanda (Pea Overseas) decided it would be a
good idea to tell everybody that CarlaA had received nasty emails
accusing her of being the troll, and to please stop sending her emails.
Karen got on and said that she could take care of herself, and to please
not do that on her behalf. Then I stupidly got on and said that I
thought just as Karen was a big girl and could defend herself, so was
Carla. I also said that I did not think it was so farfetched for
someone to think that Carla was the troll on Karen's thread, since she
dogged Karen often as Inn-We-Go, and was especially vicious to Grinning
Cat under the name Peabody something-or-other. This was not something I
suspected, but something she told everybody on TOB in one of those nasty
bashing threads.
Whew. See? Even this version is leaving a ton of stuff out.
OK, so that was stupid of me and Amanda responded. Then I responded
back, and Amanda responded again and all of a sudden Carla was there,
posting as Inn-We-Go, accusing me of stalking her. So I said that I
really did not want to participate in that, and deleted those posts from
that thread.
I should mention that earlier, Pamela started talking on that thread
saying, "Oh, look. The troll is talking to itself," meaning that
apparently she felt that one of the people who responded to the troll
(who posted under the name One Special Chick) actually *was* the
troll. So I also questioned that.
Well, that was all well and good except that I (again stupidly) came
back to the thread after deleting my posts that were in response to
Carla and Amanda, and had a nice bantering session with all the TOBers
who popped up. I think there were about 8 or 10 altogether. I handled
all of them, and went to bed after asking "Are we done? Because my
arms are tired."
Well, about two hours later, Tupo Girl started posting to the thread.
She started making increasingly specific comments that she knew who the
troll was earlier on in the thread. Kelli and a few others argued with
her, and finally she came out with the fact that *I* was the troll.
Not just that, but that I had manipulated everybody and was deceiving my
friends (KK and V) and yada yada. It was pretty bad. So bad that
people were posting on there going, "I cannot believe I am even reading
this," and "I think it was pretty low of you to wait until you knew
Seanna was asleep and then start this." When I went to bed, the thread
was on Page 4. When I woke up, it was on page 6.
So I got really, really pissed and shot off an email to Pamela and
Jeffrey, insisting that she retract her accusations and stating that I
have clients who read that board. Told Jeffrey that as far as I knew,
he had no legal liability in a libel situation but that I would
appreciate him confirming to Pamela that I was not the person who posted
as One Special Chick. Also said that I had no interest in pursuing it
and that if I thought doing so would damage 2Peas that I most likely
wouldn't, anyway, but that some of my clients read the NSBR board. And
they do. .
So then came the emergency apologies. There were 5 or 6, and they were
not apologies. I refused to acknowledge them. If you caught any of
them, then you know that her cronies immediately posted after she did,
calling me names and belittling me. I refused to respond to any of it.
For some reason, Pamela decided that it was an emergency that she had to
apologize right then, you see. It couldn't wait, and she had to
apologize in a way that was worse than not apologizing at all. Well,
the apologies kept getting pulled, I assume because whoever is in charge
of moderating that board read them and recognized them for the bullshit
sniping that they actually were. This was sometime on Friday afternoon,
I think.
Finally, Pamela posted one apology thread that ended up staying. It's
still there. I have not posted to it, never will.
So from Friday until Monday, I did not post a single thing. Nothing.
Yet I just got trashed up one side and down the other. The first post
of mine that you see is on that apology thread from Jackie. By that
time, it had been discovered that I had removed all of my posts (except
one) and all of my layouts from 2 peas. The only reason it was
discovered was because of the incredible focus on me by TOBers. I left
a quote in Latin (can't remember exactly but it was words to the effect
that the people had spoken or something) and that was found, and
dissected. You would have had to go to my profile to find it, though.
Then Pamela decided that another statement that I left on my profile
"You get Hoynes," meant that I had placed a curse on her. Oh, yes. I
kid you not. It's still there in one of the threads from that weekend.
Then Pamela started BTTing the one post I left on 2 Peas. She BTTed it
because I had changed my signature line to a post of hers from that
night on Karen's thread: "And yes, some of my friends have done some
not so nice things. But none of them has posted as a troll in over a
month. In Christ--" or something very close to that. Well, this
enraged them. That's when you started seeing all the Latin phrases. As
a matter of fact, I'm told they have changed their board name to Ne
Conjugare Nobiscum (Latin for "don't fu&* with us" . You first see that
quoted on the apology thread, and it was under Julie's sig line. She is
a TOBer. She would BTT it and then delete her post so that nobody knew
who was doing it. Several of her cronies implied that it was me or one
of my friends who was doing it, and this continued until Jackie posted
and said that it could not have been me, since I had been gone all day
visiting Vanessa out at Disney.
Now all of this happened completely without any input whatsoever from me
over the weekend . For more than three days this went on, and on, and
on. I finally posted to Jackie's thread to acknowledge her apology.
Many angry demands for me to apologize and to acknowledge and accept
Pamela's apology followed, and of course I'm not sorry and I don't
accept her apology. Since I'm not the bad guy here and she's not sorry,
respectively. There are *some* things I'm sorry about, like stupidly
inviting Karen and Kelli and Vanessa to join TOB and inadvertently
starting this war, and probably also that email where I threatened
Pamela with legal action if she didn't retract her statement and
apologize, but hey. I was pissed. *Really* pissed.
So then something must have transpired in the overnight hours to cause
Pam to post that histrionic apology, to which I responded. I have no
idea what that might be. I also emailed her privately. I have not
heard back from her. That's where you came into the picture, posted on
it about the dramatics, and wrote to me, prompting this big long story
that's actually the short version.
The TOB board remains, although the trashing and sex forums are hidden
unless you are given the password, but probably several weeks back,
Pamela (Tupo Girl) actually posted a link to the TOB board on NSBR and
invited people to come check it out. Very cryptic. Everything looks
all hunky dory becaue of course, the nasty forum is hidden. So
apparently the goal, I guess, was to show that I was not telling the
truth about the nature of their board . Not sure on that because when
Pam posted that link, I had sort of thought everything was dying down.

I think you have to be a registered user of ezboard to access their
board. There was at one time a note right out there in the public
portion of the board that said they were opening it to visitors because
they wanted to see who was spying on them, or words to that effect. At
the bottom of the screen it shows who has been there in the last 15
minutes, unless you are an anonymous user (I think).
So that's the RD version. Imagine the long version!
