We have 3 kids, 24, 21 and 10. (Yes birth control can and will fail)
We've always done Santa. When the oldest asked about Santa at 9 we told him the truth.
Second one still has never asked but I'm sure she's figured it out. And the youngest still believes or at least he's playing like he does.
If he asks I will let him in on it. I'm actually surprised he hasn't asked yet.
Santa is fun here and gives more then a want, a need, a wear and a read.

We have 3 kids, 24, 21 and 10. (Yes birth control can and will fail)
We've always done Santa. When the oldest asked about Santa at 9 we told him the truth.
Second one still has never asked but I'm sure she's figured it out. And the youngest still believes or at least he's playing like he does.
If he asks I will let him in on it. I'm actually surprised he hasn't asked yet.
Santa is fun here and gives more then a want, a need, a wear and a read.
