Well I'm clearly in the minority but I think Mrs.GreenGenes' husband is being an ass to refuse to text her his ETA. She has asked him nicely and explained why she needs to know when he's getting home.

I think it depends on where you live. Pools are very common here and I would say about 50% of the people I know with pools have a pool house. I only know two that have full kitchens and a sitting area most are small with a shower, a toilet, a changing area and a place to store pool chemicals. Maybe a 9x9 space nothing special.

I can't think of one single reason that I would blame a professional for refusing to deal with the poison that is L'Urine.

I was on Greengene's (That alway looks like "Gangrene" to me) side at first, but when she angrily bit off the heads of multiple posters who were giving her good advice, esp. from a "been there, done that" perspective, you could see her real nature.
If she's so eager to snap at strangers on the internets, just how do you think she talks to her husband? If you're not in complete agreement, she rips off your head. Her husband has found it safer to ignore her texts altogether. And he probably tunes her out to prevent drag out fights.

So I am not up on the new styles of inground pools these days...this one of jenettycakes with the greenish looking water...is this the new thing? I personally think it looks gross but other posters are raving over it. Is it supposed to look "natural" as opposed to the traditional bright blue water in pools?

175 - It might just be a really bad quality picture. My next door neighbors have a darker bottomed pool that is slightly greenish but it never looks dirty, I bet if that picture was clear it would look like my neighbors. Most people do it so the water gets warmer sooner.

189 - I don't have plans. I'm secretly hoping the mall is open tomorrow. My husband and I are going on vacation on Thursday morning so we'd rather spend our last night in town getting ready, cleaning up the house and getting things squared away instead of eating 15 different varieties of potato salad.
