Starting with Preschool, thoughts, feelings, and practices re: education vary widely in different areas of our country. Northeast parents DEFINITELY have the strongest views on it by far.

Oh, and I should bring extra blankets, and by the way, don't let the dog on my couch with wet paws. (I don't let my dog on MY furniture with wet feet, why would I let him on yours??)
She can't let me enjoy this.
The few times we've gone there to visit them for the day, she makes it miserable. Everytime dad sits down, she's calling him and telling him to do something for her (Hang this shelf, change this faucet, reach this thing in the cabinet). I post spoilers on purpose because I'm not censoring myself online just because people have some extreme need to not read spoilers before they watch a freaking tv show.

The few times we've gone there to visit them for the day, she makes it miserable. Everytime dad sits down, she's calling him and telling him to do something for her (Hang this shelf, change this faucet, reach this thing in the cabinet). We swear he has a "butt alarm" that goes off every time it hits a chair. She will not let us just sit and visit.
