My son some support and was going to lose it (he has some special needs) and I was told if we wanted to live together (the government worker told me this) and not get married he would keep what he had but if we legally got married he would lose it. So yeah, I think you can legally stay unmarried, lived together and get the benefits of it. We chose marriage. He lost his benefits but God provided.

My parents took us to Vegas when us kids were 12, 10, 8, and 5. IT SUCKED. There was nothing for us to do and my step-mom bitched all day about having to stay with us kids and not gamble.

Because most people past their *first apartment* stage in life don't have roommates. It might be common in areas where housing is outrageous but I've never know anyone who did it that didn't have a little something going on.

My parents took my younger brother and I to Vegas for a 2 week vacation when we were in middle school/high school. It was in February, and we had one week of vacation and we missed one week of school. We had an awesome time. We saw shows, went on day trips (Hoover Dam, desert, etc), shopped and walked the strip many times. I agree, I would never take young children (younger than 10 or so), but we had a really great family vacation there.

My Dh and I took a vacation to Disney for our honeymoon. It was a 4 day stay at Disneyworld, then a 4 day Disney cruise. It was awesome. On the cruise, our seats at meals were assigned, and we sat with 5 other couples that were also on their honeymoons (none of them with kids).

I actually think Andy's problem must be a big deal. She knows her blog is popular and her extended family must follow it. She seems smart enough to know that her words are making it seem like it is a BIG deal. She had to know the way she phrased things would make people very worried, and if it was a nothing problem she'd have a lot of people annoyed with her.
That being said, I don't think she should've posted about it so cryptically and left everyone hanging. Not that it's any of our business, but surely some of her friends and family must be worried sick. I'm sure there are dozens of Peas praying for her. She KNOWS everyone is freaking out for her and still isn't updating. Even if she's not ready for details, she could at least say it's a medical diagnosis or something and tell everyone she'll update when they know more.

My parents took my younger brother and I to Vegas for a 2 week vacation when we were in middle school/high school. It was in February, and we had one week of vacation and we missed one week of school. We had an awesome time. We saw shows, went on day trips (Hoover Dam, desert, etc), shopped and walked the strip many times. I agree, I would never take young children (younger than 10 or so), but we had a really great family vacation there.

I don't even pray, but if I did, I'd scroll down a bit and save my prayers for the chick whose father just died of cancer at 52 after only being diagnosed 2 months ago. Or the one who just had a miscarriage.
She should be embarrassed asking for prayers for her son when other people right under her post are really struggling.
I actually think Andy's problem must be a big deal. She knows her blog is popular and her extended family must follow it. She seems smart enough to know that her words are making it seem like it is a BIG deal. She had to know the way she phrased things would make people very worried, and if it was a nothing problem she'd have a lot of people annoyed with her.
That being said, I don't think she should've posted about it so cryptically and left everyone hanging. Not that it's any of our business, but surely some of her friends and family must be worried sick. I'm sure there are dozens of Peas praying for her. She KNOWS everyone is freaking out for her and still isn't updating. Even if she's not ready for details, she could at least say it's a medical diagnosis or something and tell everyone she'll update when they know more.
If she was offline busy dealing with it, that would be one thing, but if she has time to browse 2Peas and post her thanks for everyone's concern, she could at least give people some sort of blog update.

Nah, I doubt it's a knocked-up prom queen. That wouldn't be gut-wrenchingly cruel and soul shattering. My guess is someone has cancer or a brain tumor or some other serious disease. If not, then definitely a cheating husband. Maybe a cheating husband with a bambino on the way.

I hope no ones really sick or dying, but I have to say that it's looking more and more like Andy is a major attention whore.
It would be one thing if she had made a quick blog post and then been busy with her big tragedy. But when she has time to mess around reading and posting at the pod, then my hinky meter goes off.
